We are a family based home healthcare company with a great team based in our head office in Chippenham, Wiltshire. We have over 70 dedicated care staff supporting our clients in their own homes and the community.
Bryan is the Company Owner and Director. He is responsible for the overall running of the company and day-to-day logistics. He looks after the vehicles, stock and PPE and ensures all carers have enough PPE and are also able to get to and from their clients.
Gemma is a Director and the Registered Provider. Gemma is responsible maintaining all legal requirements with the CQC and for keeping up to date with any changes in regulations, fees or procedures relating to registration,
safeguarding personal, financial and criminal records status.
Sue is a Director and the Registered Manager. Sue is responsible for all tasks relating to care of clients and liaising with CQC, Local Authorities and representing the company to other bodies with which it needs to work with.
Sue is also responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and for looking after all staff and their HR requirements
Dan is a Care Planner and responsible for planning the care schedules for clients and carers in Chippenham and the surrounding areas.
Vicky is the Medicines Administrator and responsible for ensuring all medications are documented, administered and recorded correctly.
Latharna is a Care Co-ordinator and responsible for attending client assessments, Occupational Therapist assessments and setting up client's Person-Centred Care Plans. Latharna also performs spot checks on carers to ensure they are maintaining correct procedures and standards whilst out caring.
Emma is a Care Co-ordinator and responsible for inductions of new carers and the training of all current and new care staff. Emma also performs spot checks and competency checks on carers to ensure they are maintaining correct procedures and standards whilst out caring.
Stacey is the Office Receptionist and assistant to Sue Collier. Stacey's responsibilities include answering the phone and ensuring messages are passed on to the correct person, updating client notes and auditing client information. Stacey also assists Sue with administrative tasks as required.
Kirsty is a Care Co-ordinator and responsible for attending client Reviews and updating client assessments and maintaining our client's Person-Centred Care Plans with their changing needs.
Elly is a Care Co-ordinator and responsible for overseeing management of new care staff. Elly also performs spot checks and competency checks on carers to ensure they are maintaining correct procedures and standards whilst out caring.
