Providing Care at Home
With domiciliary care - otherwise known as care at home - you or your loved one can continue to stay in the place you feel most comfortable - your home. We provide individually tailored care plans just for you, from 30 minutes once a week up to several visits a day and even overnight support.
We focus on your happiness, well-being and safety and during our initial assessment we can advise on safety risks in the home to ensure a safe environment. Alongside your other care needs, we can also provide assistance with household chores including tasks such as dishes, vacuuming, laundry and meal preparation.
Personal Care
Personal care is available for any daily tasks that you may need support with, such as bathing, showering, applying creams and lotions, dressing and toileting - all in the comfort of your own home.
Our fully trained carers offer discreet and professional personal care and provide this in the way that is most comfotable for you.
Physical Disability Support
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Care for Dementia Patients
Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
We understand that a change of routing can be daunting and distressing for someone living with dementia. All of our carers are trained and experienced in supporting people with dementia and Alzheimer's.
Overnight Care
Home care doesn't stop at the end of the day. Our carers can also provide overnight care. Whether it's just that extra security and peace of mind to know someone is there if needed, or if assistance is need throughout the night, we can help.
